(Obviously I have all a backup of my WP install as well, but you don't need to update that so often) I'd also recommend that you subscribe to your own RSS feeds as well, if you're a prolific poster, or get a lot of comments. Google reader has all of my posts and comments going back 3 months.... I get a backup emailed to me every day using the plugin linked by Austin - what more do you need?
