I worked for Amazon
Technically, if Amazon uses a Product I helped in a very small way to develop and maintain, I worked for Amazon, right? (besides users like you and me)
So grant me the pleasure of saying I worked for Amazon…

Just because you make a product and someone uses it doesn’t mean that you worked for that person. Does Microsoft work for you because you use Outlook? No. So you don’t work for Amazon. Sorry.

John, would you rather I’d said “Amazon India’s blog uses WordPress.” and left it at that?
I wouldn’t and its all in good humour so lets not get serious about it

Ummmm … John, yes. Microsoft DOES indeed work for us. If I pay for a service, someone renders the service, they work for us to provide the service. If you have ever legally purchased and used any microsoft product, participated in any update program (service packs count) or paid for any program written and or maintained by microsoft, by definition, Microsoft has done work for you, and thus Microsoft has worked for you.
Carthik, revel in your glory by all means!
